Kyle and Tatiana’s cold December wedding was picture-perfect at the Lake Erie Building in Lakewood, Ohio. These two lovebirds shared a beautiful day with close family and friends at this industrial-vibe wedding venue.

Kyle and Tatiana met in 7th grade and have been inseparable ever since. They currently live in Chicago but are both from Twinsburg. These two have dated for many years, and their families were over the moon to see them finally get married.

They had their ceremony and reception at the Lake Erie Building. This 100-year-old space offers over 7,000 square feet and can seat as many as 375 people. Although this space is large, smaller, more intimate events fit nicely here too.

Amenities included in the rental fee:

Event space and getting ready are available to you starting on Wednesday morning through noon the following Monday
Use and set up of tables and chairs (various options available)
String Edison lights and brass chandeliers can be placed from the ceiling to your choice of location
Lit and secure private parking for up to 90 vehicles
Building staff is available through the week and Saturday to assist with vendors and guests and manage building-related maintenance
Access to furniture closet, which includes two bar structures
Event security officer
A fully-furnished getting-ready space
Bring in your own licensed full-service caterer and bar service

Tatiana is a designer and worked her magic with decorating the Lake Erie Building impeccably. She perfectly curated a beautiful festive space with Christmasy elements throughout the area. She emphasized many personal touches in the decor, which certainly paid off.

Kyle and Tatiana’s ceremony was lovely and so full of emotion. I’ll never forget how Kyle’s mom cried tears of joy during the ceremony. Once they were pronounced husband and wife, we captured many gorgeous portraits of them, their family members, and the wedding party.

Their reception was one for the books. Their treasured family and friends poured out their love towards them before dinner was served, and then the party began. They hired a caricature artist for additional entertainment, and their guests went wild over him. They wanted something different than a photo booth, so I suggested this alternative.
