the boring but necessary stuff

Client will not alter, deface, crop, add text, change color, add filters, or in ANY other way make changes to any photograph taken by Amanda Celis Photography.
Client may share photos online, as long as each photo taken by Amanda Celis Photography is accompanied by “© Amanda Celis Photography” or a similar photo credit.
Client will not sell Amanda Celis Photography’s images, or make financial profit from them in any way, shape, or form.

Amanda Celis Photography reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes.
Model Release: The Client warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons (including any minor child under the age of 18) included in the portrait in this manner.
Client agrees that Amanda Celis Photography will not be held accountable for wardrobe malfunctions, body-image issues, or any subject’s lack of smiles and/or participation in the session.
Client understands that a non-refundable $50 retainer fee is necessary to secure date (except for mini sessions), and that the remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
Paypal and Venmo are the preferred methods of payment, but retainer fees may be made via check (please e-mail hello@amandacelisphoto.com for mailing address). Remaining balance may be paid via Paypal, Venmo, cash (if paid the day of the session), or check.
