Hi! This blog is a great place to see highlights from weddings, which I think is more helpful than viewing a portfolio comprised of random favorites from a million different weddings. Please keep in mind that I deliver around 1,000 edited photos per wedding, so these posts are just 50-ish photos I liked from these weddings. Let me know if you'd like to see an entire wedding gallery—I'm happy to send you a link!
Jake and Maddy’s wedding day was an unforgettable celebration — full of energy, laughter, and the kind of love that makes everything feel electric. With a big, excited bridal party and a day packed with personal touches, their Cleveland wedding was more of a citywide party than just a ceremony.
The day started in Lakewood, where Jake and Maddy got ready surrounded by their closest friends. The energy was high from the moment I walked in — champagne popping, music playing, and nonstop cheering from both sides of the bridal party. It was the kind of joyful chaos you hope for on a wedding morning.
Before heading to the ceremony, we made a stop at Jake and Maddy’s favorite neighborhood bar. It was such a fun moment — a round of drinks, a lot of laughs, and a perfect way to take the edge off before saying “I do.”
From there, we stopped at the iconic West Side Market for a few more portraits. The market’s rich history and urban charm gave us such a cool contrast to the park — plus it’s a favorite spot of theirs, which made it even more meaningful. Whether we were shooting under the arches or catching a quick candid on the street, every frame felt totally them.
After a beautiful church ceremony surrounded by friends and family, we made our way to Heritage Park for portraits. Nestled along the Cuyahoga River with views of the Cleveland skyline, it gave Jake and Maddy a peaceful moment together before the party kicked back into gear. The soft light, waterfront views, and just-married glow made for some of the dreamiest photos of the day.
Jake and Maddy’s reception at Great Lakes Brewing Company was everything you’d hope for from a brewery wedding — full of warmth, personality, and seriously good beer. The space was buzzing with energy the second guests walked in, and it didn’t let up for a second.
The speeches were heartfelt, the dance floor was packed, and the cheers (and beers) flowed all night long. It truly felt like one big party — and the perfect way to wrap up a day that started strong and only kept getting better.
Jake and Maddy’s day was full of heart, laughter, and Cleveland pride. From local landmarks to personal pit stops, every part of their wedding told their story — and it was an absolute joy to capture every moment.
