Fall Wedding at The Landerhaven | Carli and Brandon

Carli and Brandon had a joyful fall wedding at The Landerhaven in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

This incredible couple met at The Ohio State University a decade ago, and it’s no wonder they hit it off so well. They’re both sweet and charming, and they’re the kind of people everybody wants as friends. Carli ALWAYS has a smile on her face, and let me tell you, it’s contagious. I’m so happy they finally got to have their day with friends and family! Unfortunately, because of COVID, they had to postpone their wedding, so this perfect October day was well deserved for Carli and Brandon. Last year, they had a small ceremony, so this time, they reaffirmed their vows.

Although Carli and Brandon had already tied the knot, they chose to celebrate BIG to thank their family and friends for supporting them through their 10-year relationship. They had their siblings stand with them as part of their bridal party. Carli’s bridesmaids wore a pretty shade of mauve, and her maid of honor wore a floral dress to distinguish her role at the wedding.

After their ceremony, they moved the celebration inside. Undoubtedly, the reception space was beautiful, with round tables adorned with florals and gold. They had an exquisite three-tiered cake topped with flowers. Loved ones gave several speeches. After the speeches, a slideshow took them down memory lane. Lastly, they ended the night with a lot of laughter, fun, and dancing.

This venue has six unique, beautifully-decorated rooms with over 40,000 square feet of event space. Landerhaven offers Cleveland’s only “all-in-one” wedding planning service. They provide many in-house amenities, including award-winning cuisine, a custom bakery, wedding décor, floral design, and state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment.

Carli and Brandon’s moms cried tears of joy while viewing their photos. They loved being able to relive that magical day and see parts of it they didn’t get to witness firsthand. Carli and Brandon like natural, authentic imagery that captures who they are, nothing overly posed, which is what initially drew them to me.

As a result of COVID, their wedding had to be rescheduled, but I already had another wedding booked on their new date. Thankfully, they put their faith in my associate photographer, Maureen, and we’re all so glad they did! Maureen ROCKED that day, and photographed it just like I would have, and as I was editing these photos, I kept forgetting that I’m not the one who actually took them.
